Good morning guys. It’s monday and time for work again, so I hope you had a relaxed weekend and charged you energy. During the weekend I have meet up with another swiss blogger called Joy for gossiping and taking some picture and the rest of the day I have spent with just lying in the bed because I have been so tired after the past stressful weeks and also because I have take up my daily training again after a short break because of the lumbago. Winter is coming to an end and it’s time to loose my winter fat and get my bikini figure back, so no skiving anymore!
Actually at the moment I’m mostly only doing some crunches (2 x 50) and a 10min Victoria’s Secret workout which I discovered a few weeks ago. Whenever I find time I’m also training one hour or one and a half with my exercise bike while watching some cooking shows or some other stupid shows on TV. I don’t know why, but this is very helpful for me to relax and unwind after a long day of work. As you see I’m actually quite fit, but this 10min VS-workout I have mentioned just before is really killing me (especially after the endurance training) and I feel it the whole next day. But it helps and the 10min go over soooo fast because there are different exercises each just a minute or less. That brings a lot of variety and you feel like you was training just for 5min or so.
